Hostel
The hostel complex is designed to provide comfort and convenience, thus being conducive to right level of motivation for students to pursue their studies and for interaction with fellow students under standard guidelines.
Basic sports and recreation facilities are available in all the hostels. We are providing the hygienic food in the hostel.
Water dispensers – Hot, Cold and Normal provided in Dining halls, hostels.
Modern and Hygienic cooking facilities.
Library
- The library subscribes to 50 journals, contain 980 CD-ROMs and 131 Back Volumes, AICTE Indest consortium for Electronics Journals, Digital Library for Text and Reference and IEEE online for e-journals with 700 documents and 132 journals.Enhancing the Library resources and services through cooperative relationship with other libraries and agencies

Transport
Transport facilities are provided to students comimg from far off places. There are separate buses for boys and girls for individual colleges in the K.K.C group. In all,there are 15 buses. The bus facility ensures the safety of students commuting from far-off places.

ABOUT THE TRUST
K.N.Kuppusamy Educational Trust was founded in the year 2002 by Thiru K.K.ChinnappanEx.MLA., a well known philanthropist. With his profound experience and unique vision, he is the architect and the driving force behind the temples of learning under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Educational Institution.
The Sri Lakshmi Teacher Training Institute was started its functioning in the year 2004.In the year 2006 Sri Lakshmi College of Education was established with B.Ed., course.PG course in Education has been started from the year 2008.
And in the big expectation of this rural area people that is” an quality professional study with low cost” , In the year 2010 K.K.C.College of engineering and Technology came to existence with five courses as a great opportunity . Approval for starting a new Polytechnic has been accorded by AICTE in year 2012-2013.
Besides Educational service the Trust concentrate on social service too. The chairman with whole heartedly donates the orphanage around. He donates freely to the government schools for the development of infrastructure.
Every year on the New Year day and on 4th march that is on the anniversary of his beloved son Thiru K.K.C.Muralitharan, annathanam and Vasthrathanam is given to the poor and the needy.
With Mr.K.K.C.Senthilkumar B.E., MBA as secretary and Mrs.R.Lakshmigantham, Mr.Ka.So.Ka.Kannan, Mrs.Malathikannan as managing trustees the trust committed to continue it’s educational and social service.
TRAININGS OFFERED
Cutting edge training is provided to our students based on the requirement of the topnotch corporates. Senior professionals are identified and invited from Corporates and industries for guest lectures, seminars and symposiums which offers multiple networking opportunities through company presentations, off-campus networking events, career fairs & industry/plant visits in the form of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), MMA, PDC (Personality Development Club) for students, Rotaract Club, Fine-arts Club(KALA)
Career Guidance Workshops to pursue higher education options both in India & abroad and vital tips on "How to crack" exams like the CAT, MAT, GRE, GATE, GMAT, TANCET etc., are facilitated.

Red Ribbon Club (RRC)
The Red Ribbon club was inaugurated in KKC COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY On March-2012.
BACKGROUND and RATIONALE
Red as a sign of warning is particularly relevant in the context of impressionable youth. At an age when sex is an adventure an exploration of intrinsic desire, the thought of danger is far faraway. Yet it is this group , defined by curiosity and boldness that is extremely vulnerable to AIDS. Youth is a nation‘s future. They are the trendsetters, the leading lights of every home and therefore very influential. Target them and you target the nation.
The Red Ribbon club (RRC) Program is a voluntary on – campus intervention, aimed at heightening risk perception and preventing HIV among youth. Red Ribbon Club have become a powerful medium to reach out to young people. Spearheaded by TAMIL NADU STATE AIDS CONTROL SOCIETY (TANSACS), it is supported by the Higher Education Department, with technical assistance from the Centers For Disease Control and prevention(CDC).
Objectives,
• Opening up a discussion or sexual behavior change among youth.
• Identifying youth in the high-risk category on campus and transform their behavior
• Increasing the perception of risky activities in the youth.
• Creating of peer education.
• Reaching out to non-RRC youth, non-collegiate youth and the general public.
BLOOD DONATION CAMP
Every year KKC College of Engineering & Technology Organize blood donation camp at our campus through TAMIL NADU STATE AIDS CONTROL SOCIETY AND TAMIL NADU STATE BLOOD TRANSFUSION COUNCIL. Around 225 students donate Blood during the camp.
SPORTS ACTIVITIES
At the campus a volley ball court, court for Ball badminton, Shuttle badminton (separately for boys and girls) and Tennikoit (for girls) are available and also 400 mt running track, cricket, volley ball, shuttle, badminton, long jump, high jump are available.
A multipurpose indoor stadium is available for all indoor games.
Program-Internal
We are conducting inter Department games every year for the sports day.
We are honouring the outstanding players for winning various competition.
Minor Games was conducted for the pongal Celebration. It is conducted every year.
CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
The academic activities alone will not help the students to shine as a complete professional.
The college has an association namely , KALA, K.K.C Arts and Literary Association, to conduct the various cultural activities in and around the college. The association had been inaugurated on 12th January 2012 by Mrs.S.Geetha,Co- ordinator/KALA
Cultural activities are not only meant for entertainment purpose . They are also intend for moulding the students in the development of their creativity, Leadership quality, Team activity,etc.,
